    Every member starts inside a clinical movement framework — built by Dr. John Dougherty, DPT, OCS — that finds the limit before we write the plan. We see the joint, the asymmetry, and the history first; the workout is downstream of that. No standardized template, no guessing.

    Most gyms tell you to push through. We modify around the joint that's flaring. Bad shoulder, knee, low back — your session adapts in real time, every visit. Pain-free is the default, not the prize. That's why our clients stay a decade, not eight weeks.
